Despite Nigeria’s exit from the 2023 Women’s World Cup, Ashleigh Plumptre has made the best XI of Round of 16.
Plumptre performed admirably in the Super Falcons’ 4-2 penalty defeat to England.

She won a massive 11 aerial duels, made three tackles, completed three dribbles and also hit the woodwork once.
