Burna Boy is one of the most successful and influential artists in Africa, but his mother and manager, Bose Ogulu, says he still has room to grow.
In a recent interview with BBC Africa, she revealed that her son is not satisfied with his achievements and is always striving to improve himself.
She said:
“Burna Boy is still a work in progress. He’s not done yet. He’s always learning, always evolving, always trying new things. He’s not afraid to experiment or to fail. He’s always looking for the next challenge, the next level.”
Bose Ogulu also shared some insights into her relationship with Burna Boy, who she described as a “very respectful and obedient” child.
She said they have mutual trust and respect for each other, and that she gives him the freedom to express himself creatively.
