Famous singer, Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy criticizes some Muslim youths for setting fire on posters with Davido’s image in Maiduguri.
Recall that over the last weekend controversial music video of Davido’s new signee Logos Olori titled ‘Jaye lo’ was heavily criticized by the Muslim faithfuls.
The singer who was irritated by the act took to his Twitter account on Thursday July 27, 2023 to condemn and express his disgust over the act.
He wrote:
Abegi, make we hear word.
Una dey burn Davido picture, una life don better?
Abi Na Davido dey increase poverty for north?
Una Allah wey dey do local runs for northern Nigeria never travel go Dubai see as correct Muslims dey live?
Abegi, if e pain una reach, go to court.
