Nigerian singer and producer, Samklef has added N5 million to the 40 million naira offered to Vector and MI to participate in a live rap battle.
The Vector and MI rap battle is certainly going to be the biggest showdown in the history of not only Nigerian music but also in Africa. Several celebrities have shown interest in this battle. The sum of 40 million has been set down by Hushpuppi, Willexo for the rappers to have a face-off. Samklef , however, has taken interest and has added a little cash to the prize money.
The singer took to his social media page to reveal that his plan was to drop 100,000 naira to the battle but after considering a lot of factors the amount increased to 5 million naira. He also revealed that he and his friends which include B Black from Cape Town contributed the money to save the rap music industry. Samklef also called out MI advising him to humble himself to join the battle.
