The year 2021 is rounding up if we are being fair, we have been blessed with some of the most mind-blowing tunes the industry has ever experienced.

Since it’s Christmas/New Year week, we have put together a list of the best Amapiano sounds so far this 2021 for your listening pleasure.

1. “Gone Far” – Zinoleesky

Gone Far is Zino’s proof of growth and evolvement. From the guy who got signed by Naira Marley to one who has many a number of hit songs to his name, the likes of Ma PariwoKilofeshe, and now Gone Far, the sky is definitely his starting point. Gone far was produced by Horsh. The song release was accompanied by a video, directed by Ibidunni Oladayo.

2. “Champion Sound” – Davido x Focalistic

Can Davido and Focalistic just keep giving us Jams on a regular basis? The duo is a match made in heaven, and we hope that no one puts it asunder. Again, the Mega hitmaker joins forces with South Africa’s Amapiano god, Focalistic to dish out this addictive tune, Champion Sound.

Champion Sound serves as Davido’s 2021 debut single, and it was definitely worth the wait. A certified hit I must say! Be warned, it is very addictive!

3. “I did it (Bum Bum)” – Niniola

Niniola outdid herself on this one as she once again proves herself as the one and only Afro-house Queen. She employs the services of South Africa’s Lady Du, who further dished us that Amapino vibe we cannot get enough of. The song has set a huge trend on social media as netizens have hopped on its challenge, making it go even more viral.

It is needless to say that I Did It is a hit already.

4. “Solace – (Amapiano Remix)” – Ajebo Hustlers

The amazing Nigerian music duo, Ajebo Hustlers came through with a brand new track, dubbed Solace. This Amapiano inspired track was premiered on the 15th of December, just in time for the Fiesta period.

5. “Ameno Amapiano (Remix)” – Goya Menor

One of Nigeria’s finest acts Goya Menor collaborated with amazing producer, Nektunez to release a new Amapiano remix version of the most talked-about song Ameno.

Ameno Amapiano (Remix) is one that should be added to your playlist if you are a lover of Turn Up music.

6. “Oga” – Falz

Falz comes through with his newest single, featuring South African vocal powerhouse, Bontle Smith and Sayfar, titled, Oga. This Impressive Amapiano record is the definition of vibes. Y’all already know that Falz does not play when it comes to dishing out addictive tunes with catchy lyrics.

The versatile Nigeria act employs the services of Bontle Smith and Sayfar, who delivered beyond expectation. Enjoy!!!

Zanku records honcho, Zlatan Ibile comes through with a brand new one dubbed, Ale Yi, which basically sounds a note of warning to his fans, informing them that Overthinking doesn’t solve the problem & there is definitely better days ahead. Also, he plans to enjoy his nights on the highway, clucking, partying, and having fun with the ladies.

8. “Money Sweet” – Crowd Kontroller ft. Orezi, Voltage Of Hype

Nigerian DJ and record producer, Crowd Kontroller has come through with a new song titled Money Sweet featuring Orezi and Voltage Of Hype, who contributed to making this track a successful one. The track dubbed, Money Sweet is an impressive and unique one and has come just in time to help make your December even dirtier.

9. “Moslado Amapiano Remix” – Teni

Amapiano fans already steadily have the Moslado song on repeat, DJ Six7vene comes through with another banging remix of Moslado originally owned by Dr. Dolor Entertainment star signee, Teni and he did justice to this amazing and infectious remix which also comes with an Amapiano vibe, making it more danceable.

10. “Feel Good” – MohBad

Marlian record signee, Mohbad captivates the hearts of thousands of music lovers across the globe with his single, ‘Feel Good‘. The song generally speaks good vibes and indirectly passes a message to haters letting them know he’s unstoppable.

This song is officially a vibe, and the month of October would have been a tad bit incomplete without Moh Bad’s Amapiano laced tune. Currently, it has about 4.6 million streams on Audiomack. Niphkeys takes production credit for the song

The exceptional duo and Mega hitmakers join forces on South Africa’s Amapiano god, Focalistic’s lockdown track, Ke Star Remix. It was here we experienced the goodness of Amapiano and how Davido and Focalistic are such a strong force together.

Ke Star Remix came just at a time, where Nigerians needed to lift their spirits considering the pandemic and lockdown.

12. “Yaba Buluku Remix” – DJ Tarico x Burna Boy

“Yaba Buluku (Remix)” features the Grammy-Award-winning, Burna Boy, Preck, and Nelson Tivane owned by DJ Tarico. This mind-blowing collaboration cemented its place as the soundtrack of the year 2021.

Baby follow my command like Zombie… I’m not exactly sure what this song would have scored if Lojay did not begin with that line. I mean, it must have been a divine revelation. ‘Monalisa’ produced by Sarz is that song that has the ability to thrive in the next 5 years.

Directed by UAX and shot in Lagos, the clip further brings to life the track that has already proven to be a hit with over 9 million streams, reaching the UK Afrobeats Charts Top 20.

14. “Feeling Good” – Peruzzi

DMW vibe machine, Peruzzi drops this impressive one-tagged ‘Feeling Good‘ off his 2021 debut album Rum & Boogie. Feeling Good is a song to thrill his fans and lovers of Afrobeat and Amapiano music. Speroachbeatz takes production credit for this Jam.

15. “High” – AG Baby ft. Davido

With such a collaboration, a hit is bound to be made. Davido and Adekunle Gold came through with the perfect jam for the season, and a reason for many Nigerians to come alive in the month of October. Pheelz takes production credit for this Amapiano/Afro-House record.

High was released on the 3rd of September, it video has over 10 million views on YouTube.

16. “Sip (Alcohol)” – Joeboy

Considering the chaos created by lovers of this tune on social media, ‘Alcohol’ definitely ought to be saved a spot on the list, and not just any spot, it has emerged as the number one song of the Top 10 Nigerian songs of the month of October.

The multi-talent, Joeboy almost got in trouble due to the manner in which his fans abused the #Alcoholchallenge. Lost in amazing rhythm and sound, Joeboy, in his lyrics prayed for blessings and explained how he uses alcohol as a medium of escape from his worries.

17. “Ozumba Mbadiwe” – Reekado Banks

After so many successful releases in the past, Wande Coal lands back into the music scene with a brand new song,“Come My Way”. Come My Way is a song filled with positive vibes, that calls the bluff on haters who are bent on seeing him fail.

The South African Amapiano god himself, Focalistic teams up with our very own DJ Neptune for this thoughtful jam, Hustle – a self-explanatory title. The song was taken from his Neptune’s second studio album, tagged “Greatness 2.0″, which houses about 16 tracks.

23. “Too Sweet” – Niniola

The queen of Afro-house, Niniola Apata has never disappointed us and she definitely did not on this new track of hers “Too Sweet”. She revisits the scene with her signature touch which as always, makes the beats danceable. Exactly what you need to get you through the hustle and bustle of the week.

24. “Faster” – L.A.X

Multi-talented singer, Rasaki as he fondly calls himself, has popped up again with a brand new one, and he calls this “Faster”. The new record is a follow-up to his smash hit, Money. As expected, L.A.X brings on board his scintillating vibe on the Smeezbeat-produced record.

25. “Lupita Nyongo” – Reekado Banks

Following the success of Ozumba Mbadiwe, a song dedicated to the ever-disturbing October 20th, 2020 incident, Reekado Banks is back again with another Amapaiano-infused track, Lupita Nyongo, a song dedicated to black women around the world.

Reekado preaches the beauty of black women, generalizing them under the name of the Kenyan-Mexican actress, Lupita Nyongo, characterized by her gorgeous dark skin. He swears he will spend all he has on his woman, who has got the killer curves.

We can all agree that Reeky does know how to make a come-back.

26. “Loco” – KDDO ft. Mayorkun

Nigerian music producer and artist, KDDO unleashed a dope Amapiano song titled Loco, which features Mayorkun. The track is from his most recent album, titled ‘Too Late Too Lit EP,’ which includes eight tracks.

27. “Stamina” – WurlD ft Major League Djz, LuuDadeejay

Nigerian singer and songwriter, WurlD, links up with Major League Djz and LuuDadeejay, on his addictive Amapiano track, Stamina. Stamina, is the second track off WurlD’s studio project “MWWU”.

This collaboration is a very impressive one, where each artist gave it their very best.

28. “Coming” – Naira Marley ft. Busiswa

Multi-talented Nigerian singer and Marlian Records boss, Naira Marley employs the services of South African vocalist, Busiswa, on his track, Coming. This song serves as Naira’s 2021 debuted song, as well as, a follow-up to his previously released pair of singles, Koleyewon and Chi Chi.

29. “Aunty Lovina” – Ycee

Ycee and Patoranking did justice to the song Aunty Lovina, released in September. The song is definitely a club banger as it promises to get you through the week as well.

30. “Back In Office” – Mayorkun

Mayorkun premieres his sophomore album lead single with Sony Music, titled Back In Office, which comes after the release of his debut 2021 singe, Let Me Know. With Back In Office, Mayourkun reinstates himself as the Mayor Of Lagos, simultaneously alerting his haters and competitors.
