Davolee was born and raised in Isolo, a town in Lagos State, Nigeria, despite being an Ogun State native. Davolee, born in 1995 on May 18th, gained notoriety during a freestyle “Festival Bar.”
Career
Due to his inability to pay for his education, Davolee started pursuing his passion for music at a young age and gave it his full attention.
Before the rise of his name, Davolee, he sold pure water in Lagos’ Mushin neighborhood.
While peddling pure, he was frequently spotted freestyling and posting videos to his Instagram account. However, his big break came when he covered Desiigner’s hit song “Panda” in his style.

Then, he was spotted flaunting the “New Nation Muzik” record label, proclaiming that he had entered the next stage of his career.
It was widely believed that his leaving was because he didn’t like how YBNL managed him.
