The official music video for “Snooze” by SZA has been released; it explores several relationships with various problems. The R&B singer, who was born in New Jersey, is enmeshed in romance and embroiled in arguments with various suitors in the video, which was directed by Bradley J. Calder and she herself.
The SOS singer’s eye candy includes pop star Justin Bieber, actors Woody McClain, Young Mazino, and Benny Blanco, a producer and composer.
The 33-year-old also engages in a sensual lap dance for a robot partner who is sporting a fitting headgear.
The song’s teaser finishes with a carefree SZA stripping off to her thong knickers beneath the stars. The Grammy Award-winning musician also released the “Snooze” 4-track bundle, which included an instrumental and a “Sped Up” version of the original song.
“Snooze” is from SZA’s most recent album SOS, which was released in December 2022 to positive reviews. SZA has hinted at a deluxe edition with at least 10 more songs, with features from the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Travis Scott, Phoebe Bridgers, and Don Toliver.
